A286 has high yield strength and lasting creep strength under 650 ℃, and has good processing plastic and satisfactory welding performance.s That is suitable for manufacturing high temperature bearing parts of aircraft engine working under 650 ℃ for a long time, etc.

Heat Treatment
- The solid solution temperature during 980 ~ 1000 ℃,according to parts of section thickness, the heat preservation time lasts differently, then air cooling, oil cooling or water, in 700 ~ 720 ℃ aging 12~16 h,after air cooling;
- Heat treatment process for high quality of A286 alloy parts: solid solution 900 ℃+/-10 ℃, 1~2 h, oil cooling + aging 750 ℃+/-10 ℃, 16 h, air cooling.
Welding
- With the satisfactory welding performance, argon arc welding, spot welding, and seam welding can be used to weld A286 alloy;
- The welding of A286 alloy in the solid solution state, the aging treatment after welding.
