It is reported that two US government officials said The president Trump will sign a memorandum on Thursday to request the United States department of Commerce to promptly investigate whether imports of steel from foreign countries are harming the US national security.
Under section No. 232 of the American Trade Expansion Act, enacted 1962, the President of the United States has limited the right to have the country's security if it finds the imports to harm the country.
